Rio Rapids SC is thrilled to announce that 99% of its 2015 high school graduates are attending college this fall. This includes 73 student-athletes: 33 males and 40 females. The club is also excited that 34 of these graduates are playing college soccer this fall.
Twenty women will be competing for the following colleges/universities: Abilene Christian University (TX), Colorado College, Fort Lewis College (CO), Grinnell College (IA), Hardin-Simmons University (TX), Idaho State University (ID), University of New Mexico-2, New Mexico Highlands University-2, New Mexico State University-8, University of the Southwest (NM) and Texas Tech University.
Fourteen men will be competing for the following colleges/universities: California Maritime Academy, California State University – Fullerton, University of Central Arkansas, East Central College (MO), Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (AZ), Foothill College (CA), University of New Mexico, St. Katherine College (CA), Seattle Pacific University (WA), Southwestern University-2 (TX), Trinidad State Junior College (CO), Trinity University (TX) and Whittier College (CA).
