Rio 00G Donation of Soccer Equipment

Players and parents from Rio 00G dropped off a donation of soccer equipment and clothes to IRRVA on Monday. The team had been collecting gear since the fall and were able to go by the Los Altos Christian Church (where IRRVA is based out of) and also spend some time mentoring and playing with some of the children in attendance. Future visits are planned to help distribute the equipment but also spend more time mentoring these wonderful children.  (nearly 50 balls were dropped off with 16 pairs of cleats, goalie gloves, shin guards, soccer bags, pugg goals and dozens and dozens of pairs of shorts, socks and jerseys)
