Heather Dyche (U15-U19 Girls Director), Jason Moran (Administrative Director) and Ray Nause (Director of Coaching Education and Development) all recently earned the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Premier Diploma. They participated in the course from July 15-21 at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. The Premier Diploma is a 45 hour course that is the pinnacle of the NSCAA’s residential coaching academy. The course content includes a thorough examination of different systems of play, including: technical and tactical implications; 11 vs. 11 topics, including coaching in the game, phase play and shadow play; nutrition; sportsmanship/ethics; and a leadership component including team management, personal development and the coach’s role in game development in his/her community. By completing this course, Heather, Jason and Ray have also earned four year extensions of their USSF A Licenses.
