Chris Cartlidge the Rio Rapids Soccer Club Director of Coaching completed an educational visit to the Colorado Rapids October 11th, 12th & 13th. The weekend visit included attendance at two Colorado Rapids 1st team training sessions, attendance at two U18 Academy training sessions & attendance at 4 U15 & U17 Generation Adidas Cup games. Rio Rapids Soccer Club also had New Mexico based players in attendance at Colorado Rapids Academy training sessions throughout the weekend. The player & coach visits to the Colorado Rapids are an important part of the Colorado Rapids Alliance as we endeavor to afford the players & coaches of New Mexico enhanced developmental opportunities.
