Concacaf has started a brand new licensing system and just finished a course in Grand Cayman. Concacaf licensed 28 candidates from all over the Caribbean and North America. Congratulations to Heather Dyche and South Texas’ Neal Ellis for being the first 2 Americans to ever receive the license.
