We are pleased to announce Derrick Ayers as the new ECNL & U16-U19 Boys Director at Rio Rapids SC.

Derrick is an extremely experienced coach with over 20 years in the game. He has had a number of Director roles along the East Coast, Mid-west and Pacific NW. In addition to his club roles, Derrick has a number of years of college coaching experience with Pfeiffer University in NC, University of South Carolina and Arcadia University in PA.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to join Rio Rapids SC as the Boys ECNL Director. I think it’s a fantastic opportunity to join the outstanding staff in contributing to the development of the players across the club. I’m really looking forward to meeting the players and families, and I can’t wait to get started.”
