Some very exciting changes to our programming for next year for our Girls Academy teams and Boys ECNL Teams. We have officially partnered with Trace (Rio Rapids SC and Trace Announce Two Year Club Partnership | Trace Soccer ⚽ (traceup.com)) to provide game film. The Trace platform will help us provide much quicker feedback to players and teams, it allows players to create their own highlight videos and automatically breaks the game down into individual and team highlights. In addition we have expanded our relationship with Elevate (www.elevatephw.com) to provide significantly more sessions for our teams and players. Starting in January 2022 our teams will work with the coaches at Elevate on a weekly basis for 14 weeks. This extra time with the Elevate staff will result in a much more significant impact on our players physical condition throughout the course of the spring. We will be able to custom the sessions each week to match our game schedule to ensure we are preparing and recovering appropriately. This period of training will see our players training for 4 nights a week for the majority of their season – this is something we are extremely excited about.
