On Sunday October 23rd Rio Rapids hosted Tommy McNaughton from SC Del Sol in Phoenix to run an ECNL training/tryout opportunity for players from the club. 34 players were selected from the 00-05 age groups to attend the training with the goal of potentially being offered a chance to play for SC Del Sol as a discovery player in the ECNL. Our thanks to Tommy and to SC Del Sol for working with the club to create this unique opportunity for the players of Rio Rapids SC.
